We want you to love Lullaby. This page explains our subscription billing, how to cancel, and when refunds are available. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Plans and billing cycle
- Free: two stories total, no payment required.
- Family: $9.99 / month, up to 5 new stories per day.
- Unlimited: $19.99 / month, unlimited new stories per day.
Paid plans renew automatically on the same calendar day each month using the payment method on file. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout.
2. Cancel any time
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings → Subscription in your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep paid-plan access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free tier and your existing library is preserved (subject to the Free tier's storage limit).
We follow the FTC "click-to-cancel" principle: cancellation in-app is one click, and we will not require you to call or chat with a person to stop billing.
3. Refunds
We issue full refunds in the following cases:
- Accidental subscription: if you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge and have generated fewer than 3 stories on the paid plan.
- Renewal you didn't intend: if you contact us within 7 days of an auto-renewal and have not generated any stories on the new billing period.
- Service failure: if our Service was materially unavailable for a substantial portion of your billing period and we cannot make it right with credit.
Outside these cases, paid subscriptions are non-refundable. To request a refund, email support@lullabystories.app from the email on your account.
4. Free trials
If we offer a free trial, we will tell you the trial length and the price that will be charged when it ends. You can cancel any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
5. Print books
Printed books are custom-made for you and are not refundable once production has started. If your book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.
6. Price changes
If we change the price of your plan, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
